All returns must be made within 90 DAYS* (unless otherwise stated on the order page of the product you purchased) from the product shipment date. Per our company policy, we will reship lost domestic packages 4 weeks from the shipment date and international packages 6 weeks from the shipment date as a one-time courtesy. Please note, COVID-19 could delay these time timeframes.
